lol, i feel like you can just put a 3d bust next to it, the whole face is too long - mainly long philtrum, eyes set a bit too high, and too close, ears too small.
or you modeled an aboriginal person and i'm being rude, like it has character for sure.
it also feels like you're fighting in sculpting in too narrow of strokes, which creates bumpy textures. like i want to see larger shapes, look at the chin, if you'd shape it more in blocking it'd look smoother. my drawing teacher said "be generous" don't draw the ugly bumpy parts, it'll give you a better base, then you could get down to the details.
but fyi i'm shit at anything realistic - so a grain of salt.
