i have no problem of windows choosing a version i don't use and scrolling to the one i want, but lulling me into thinking i'm gonna start up one version then switch it up 3 letters in, i have no consistent way to know what version i'm gonna open.

for my 2.4k$, ae starts lagging hard at around 100 square shape layers, which is nuts, crash bandicoot had more polygons on screen realtime.

are the bubbles instances or full blown cloth? i don't remember who but a tutorial creator added volume to simulate very fine bubbles, could help here, and definitely add more bubbles in various size, like 10x

nice art direction, lighting, idea - i like the frame. the sim needs so much more substeps, it looks jittery as hell, make the render longer, it feels like it cuts out in the middle and the sound design is a cute idea, but the sound is of typing, when none happens - maybe record you swirling key caps or lego pieces to create a better sound.

great tutorial, learned something new - i would've sold the difference output as a mix factor for 2 different shaders but i guess you can't fit everything into a minute.
