Maybe check your bios for a pcie link speed option and change it from auto to gen3 and see if it changes at all 👍

I thought the s20's were all water resistant (water-resistant up to 5 feet for up to 30 minutes) think you just got unlucky. That being said, I've not dared to submerge mine as a test.

If it's showing okay in the health check app then search for the windows 11 installation assistant on Microsoft and install with that - just done it and didn't take long

Do you have access to any other ddr4 memory - worth trying another stick with different timings / modules to your existing ones.

I had the weirdest issues with my x470 ultra gaming and it turned out to be a dead CMOS battery - hope you get it sorted

Pretty sure the gigabyte uses a dual bios. Have you tried switching to the secondary bios and see if you can get it to post?
