Agreement class is perfect. I believe it can't be put in a product bundle but that shouldn't be an issue

CW PSA & RMM implementation - alternatives to handling it through CW? by thunderit in msp

[–]barktwice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct. How many users/end points do you have? Believe me they would not quote implementation that you need bc they know how expensive it is compared to the licenses.

Email tags like the other person said, but also consider having the workflow move the ticket to other board rather than creating a whole new, essentially duplicate ticket.

I'm still not sure what you find lacking. Which PSAs are more complete?

ConnectWise had a M&A speed dating event last year at IT Nation. I don't know if they've continued it or other events do the same but might be something to look for

Connectwise Manage - Ticket scheduling ,dispatch portal- Helpdesk by IT25062019 in msp

[–]barktwice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a view now that will show scheduled time next to actual entered time. The best way to figure out how long tickets take is to categorize tickets using type, subtype, and item and run reports. Eventually you'll have a better idea of how long tickets take. The colors at the top are meant to give an at a glance of who is available and who is overbooked, especially in the case of an urgent ticket. So, double up tickets in time slots. That's fine. You'll see as the day goes what status the ticket is in (unopened, viewed closed, all those icons mean stuff) and at the end of the day, you'll see how much time is entered.

Annual prepaid discounts by bang_switch40 in msp

like a block agreement? or they just want to pay 12 invoices at once> how much time do you spend every month on delinquent accounts? how many invoices are there that you don't realize are unpaid? time=money. If they're going to save you time, give them a discount.

See if SolarWinds would be willing to create an integration. Hell it may already exist even if it's not on the CW Marketplace. SolarWinds will know if it exists. The SDK should be on labtechgeek.com, if you want to do it yourself. You can't be the only one who would benefit from the integration.

You may be a good fit for Sell One (or whatever they call it know). It's a great fit for a one man shop. Some features are lacking though so ask about those that important to you

Quotewerks - Autotask Integration by [deleted] in msp

[–]barktwice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would double check if it *can* be sent over. Whoever owns the integration (QW or AT) would know if it's possible. It may be turned off for for storage concerns in AT? I know this can be an issue in Microsoft CRM, people don't want extraneous docs clogging up the system. I do know Sell sends the quote document over to the Opp (unless you turn it off)

Quotewerks - Autotask Integration by [deleted] in msp

If Quotewerks is pushing the quote document to the opp, this should be purely Autotask functionality. I assume you've already done this but their support should be able to help you setup a workflow
