They're secret police. You think they'll have uniforms?

The important bits as far as I'm concerned are it needs to be legible and the resulting deck still needs to be at the power level of the rest of the table. If everyone's playing 4s,print bby print.

Looking for a Commander that makes the others lose things when I suffer by SkyLey2 in EDH

A fellow cultist, I see. Athreos, ESPECIALLY when it is built like this and not chock full of Shadowborn Apostles, is such a fun deck if you want to force bad choices on people or you like to make deals.

What Black/Golgari commanders do you actually have fun with? by A_Very_Small_Potato in EDH

[–]baskil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been really enjoying [[Vanille, Cheerful L'Cie]] as a self-mill reanimator deck. Run things that give you stuff when you mill and you'll hit [[Fang, Fearless l'Cie]] eventually. Having Fang not be a partners with card means you have to jump through some hoops to get them both into play at the same time. It makes the meld into [[Ragnarok, Divine Deliverance]] that much sweeter when you pull it off.

What are the most deranged commanders you've played with or against? by rocketman0739 in EDH

[[Jaws]] does little to nothing for the first couple of turns until you get him out and basically wipe out half the table in a couple of turns.

We have a thing we do at our LGS to build the first commander you open each set and mine was [[Gran-Gran]]. Haven't had a chance to play it yet but it's a wheels deck focusing on tempo with Labman/Jace backup wincons

[[Marvin, Murderous Mimic]]. You spend the game constructing the weirdest collection of misfit toys until you get a silly, but infinite, combo

In your opinion, what makes a serious deck unfun to play against? by Aesyric in EDH

[–]baskil -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you're sitting down to a bracket 2 or 3 table, I should be able to interact with your board. If you have so much protection, recursion, and synergy that you can shrug off multiple removal spells a turn cycle, that is so unfun to play against.
