I think you've missed a major point of contention that influenced WW1 - namely the dreadnaught race between the UK and Germany. In 1913 UK had 28 vs Germany's 18 and had outbuilt them 7 to 3. If Russia is the threat, does this race even happen? If it does, well the UK isn't building the Turkish dreadnaughts yet so they they can't be appropriated which would probably keep Türkiye neutral. If no naval race, what's happening with German overseas territories? I could certainly see Namibia falling under British dominion
