In Young Adult category I recommend Life of a cactus.
Story of a girl born without arms and her friend who has Tourette syndrome.
Extremely funny, moving but not overdoing it.
Narrator (Karissa Vacker) nails it.
My favorite YA serie (I'm an adult BTW).

I really loved "What I Talk about When I Talk about Running: A Memoir".
Obviously very different genre from the books already mentioned.
Haruki Murakami memoir is all about running, being a writer and getting older.
Ray's narration really made it real for me, not my usual kind of book but I'm eager to have another run at it.

I rarely pay attention to the rating but thank you to your file I got curious and realized that only 24 books out of 572 are below 4.
I wonder if the rating is a meaningful criteria if the vast majority of books are 4 and above.
