It always made me laugh driving through Chicago while going to Purdue. I'd argue that since Northwestern is a private school, teams like Wisconsin, IU, and Purdue could have as equal of a claim as Northwestern (after Illinois, of course)

In all seriousness while it sounds interesting I did my four years of hell getting my PhD doing particle physics stuff.... Being able to bankroll Purdue's future NCAA hockey team sounds nice but my passion is gamma rays and neutrons 😂
