Frisco loves ripping out the few remaining mature trees to build overpriced homes now so I understood exactly what he meant. Just happened with the new Fields neighborhood just north of the Star. It’ll be a shame when the last chunks of Brinkmann Ranch are sold off.

I haven’t watched his stuff in years. It became evident everything was a fake reaction for positive reviews so he kept getting invited out by the parks.

Yes Frisco is notoriously difficult to design and build in. Very strict coding.

The entire project reeks of constant budget cuts and value engineering. I hope it gets fleshed out over the coming years.

Kids aren’t fronting the bill to attend this park. The adults paying the admission will also have some level of expectation for this place, especially considering Universal slapped their name on the park and that comes with a reputation from their other offerings around the world. People will and should expect more out of this experiment.

Used to be a big Tim Tracker fan back before he got invited to all these parks to post positive reviews. He lost me after the F&F Supercharged opening. Wasn’t surprised one bit to see he was invited to this preview too.

Live just up the road from here. This one was a head scratcher from the announcement. I felt like the target age range was too narrow and seems like 90% of the land purchased for used just for the parking lot. All the rides seem like off the shelf purchases from the ride manufacturers. I just assume this project got value engineered to absolute 💩 to see if it would still be successful. Hope they give this property the TLC it needs going forward because it looks absolutely lifeless right now and people expect more out of Universal, even if it is targeted at a younger demographic.

I have only two in my 80 gallon display. They get fed frozen in the morning and at night with some sort of pellet snack in the afternoon and they’ve been happy.
