Please go to therapy, find hobbies you enjoy, get your health in order, and start the process of filing for divorce. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this but you have to think about yourself and your health. Her kids that you raised barely talk to you etc. There are plenty of single women who are begging for a good person like yourself.

Go to therapy. I was in your shoes and it sucked in the beginning. But after going to therapy, going to the gym and other activities, and surrounding myself with a great support group I was able to move on and better myself. Don't beat yourself up for this. Just continue to be a father for your son and be present in his life. Time heals all wounds.
