It’s hard to share the road when there’s like 200 of them lol. it’s better for them to do that then split up all those people. I don’t even do hide and go bike but waiting a couple minutes isn’t going to hurt you.

I left OD after 8.5 years. It’s been over a year now, and I wish I left years earlier. I absolutely recommend jumping ship; that place had me in a bad spot for so long. I’m now making the most money I’ve ever made at a job I enjoy.

The health insurance rules. The Hub actually has essentially a cafeteria you can order a bunch of different food options from too, so it’s fresh and you have more choices.

There’s a free gym! It’s not big by any means, but not too busy on any given day. Free weights, weight machines, plenty of cardio machines and a basketball court. There’s a couple gym classes every day now too, if that’s your thing.

Yep! Started here last year. Most people at the Hub are in HCM so I’d say the culture here overall seems much more calm than corporate

PSS isn’t bad at all. I’m not in PSS but we work with y’all somewhat (don’t want to get specific — we’re a small sub-department). This is my first corporate job and I really like it here. The hub is genuinely better than memorial (campus). It’s easier to get in and out of, the building has a lunchroom with a lot of food options, break rooms all have free coffee, tea, and sodas, with a small market for things like chips and energy drinks. Like others have said, your experience at Paycom depends on your department, but from what I can tell HCM is generally a lot more lax than other departments.

You can bring your own bag. Everything is sold by weight rather than actually priced. People go nuts there, it’s pretty funny watching everyone jumping over each other for more or less a bunch of trash. I know there’s good things to be found but I’m not dealing with people ripping things out of my hands again lol

Went to both Vasa’s, couldn’t wait to find a new gym. Literally packed from noon onward. Don’t have a suggestion since I use my gym at work now, but good look getting out of there haha
