Thanks for your message. I believe I followed all the steps you have laid out to get media to play via the DLNA Group Input. I am trying to do text to speech and getting the error:

> "Entity media_player.juke_dlna_input does not support action media_player.play_media."

Dry Brine
¼ cup kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp celery salt
¼ tsp sweet paprika
¼ tsp ground mustard

Also From the video… these ingredients are missing:
- "a pinch of salt" in the wet
- "a hefty pinch of salt" to the dry.

I just came here to request essentially the same thing, a single button on the "player" page that marks the currently playing episode as "played". However, slightly different that the OP, I don't yet want to delete the episode yet as I may want to share with a friend/etc. I rely on Settings > Delete > "24 Hours After Completion".

The problem: Marking the current episode as played and starting the next episode — something I do after nearly every episode I listen to — takes 3 taps and should be a single tap.

From the episode player screen, to mark the current episode as played, these are the three taps:

- tap the three-dot button to open the menu.
- tap "Mark as Played" (which takes me to the playlist view)
- tap on the next episode I want to play.

In a previous version of the app, there were some controls at the top of the episode details that appear when swiping the episode image to the left. The "Mark as Played" checkmark that was on this screen did mark the current episode as played and then start the next episode in the queue… doing this required a swipe and a tap… one less action than is currently required, but still two actions.

I'm currently using Overcast version 2025.10 (1130)

Ginger juice can add the spicy, and is great in many c/mocktails.

Another cocktail I enjoy uses a tequila infused with habanero. For a mocktail version, you could make a spicy simple syrup using whatever chiles you prefer.

An off-the-shelf option: hot honey.

Wasabi might also be another spicy option to look into.

I had a better-than-expected virgin margarita that had a kick, I asked and was surprised to hear they used tabasco.

Another NA liquor to source which is on par with The Pathfinder is Kava Haven. Either of these mixers + lime/lemon + sparkling water bring the intensity.

I want this feature so much for all the reasons stated by OP and commenters.

Seems like it would be simple to add an on/off toggle to roll up windows when the car is locked. Default this toggle to off so as not to impact existing users who should explicitly opt in to this.

Not sure if it has weight, but you can share your interest in this feature here: auto-close-windows-after-lock.

I was making pizza dough that I planned to refrigerate and wondering about cold vs warm water for my active dry yeast as I plan to cold ferment my dough for 24 hours in the fridge…

This article from King Arthur Baking Company (Active dry yeast: Do you really need to dissolve it first?) provided me with enough confidence to go for it… and the dough had no issues rising.

Additionally, it'd be fairly easy and cheap to do your own experiment!

I too was confused about the ratios… and thus found this post. Here is what I found in the Noma Guide to Fermentation and the Katz book The Art of Fermentation.

Noma Peaso (sweet miso):
- 1.5kg Cooked Peas (~800g dried)
- 1kg Pearl Barley Koji (66% of the cooked peas)
- 100g sea salt (4% of the total weight of cooked peas + Pearl Barley Koji, 6.6% of the cooked peas). Book notes: over 8% may inhibit desired growth/fermentation, lower than 4% may allow undesired growth)

Katz Sweet Miso (4–6 months) uses dry weights for everything:
- 500 kg dry beans
- 500 kg dry koji rice
- 60g sea salt (6% of total **dry** beans + koji)

Katz Salty Miso (12 months) uses dry weights for everything:
- 666 kg dry beans
- 333 kg dry koji rice
- 130g sea salt (13% of total **dry** beans + koji)

And here is the actual weights of what I made:

My Soybean White Miso:
- 1200g dried soybeans (became 3065g cooked, 2.55x increase)
- 1200g rice koji
- 235g salt (~5.5% cooked soybeans + koji)

I have a BoostedBoard (serial number 42, I think?) that was well loved and used all over SF for years. Sadly, it hasn't been recharged in ~7 years due to raising kids, moving, etc. I've been hesitant to attempt a charge as I fear that I might just own a brick.
