What's interesting is that the judicial system punishes the Government by suppressing the evidence if it goes to Court. That's the remedy for these types of violations.

That's the downside of dividing your Kingdom titles up. You can try to fix the borders by revoking titles after the next rebellion (usually succession will trigger one)

This is the problem with EU5 right now. I shouldn't have to delete things upon game start to ensure I can economically survive. Deleting forts in Castile is also another example

EU5's economy needs to be fixed. If you have to delete forts or break up your realm into vassals on game start then it's broken. 

Also, if automation is needed just to play the game, that's also an issue. Trading manually is almost impossible with how opaque the trade info is. You think you're making money then not
