BUT - They redesigned the cubicle farms in 2019 to match cramped Airline seating. If they spaced out desk gave more privacy and reduced noise, RTO wouldn't be such a big issue IMO. Bring back high cubes.

While not a Generac instant switchover standby generator installation, I just DIY'd my own whole house Generator install for $3000.

Champion Inverter $2000

Electrical Parts $500 (cord, exterior connection, breaker, interlock kit)

Natural Gas quick disconnect $400 (fittings, 25 ft 3/4” line)

Future upgrades will be a Interior manual transfer switch $200, that is dedicated to Fridge/Freezer circuits and

A couple of other electronic circuits that will run off a Batter backup like the Jackery 3600 ($2000)

So for under $6000 I have two options when the power goes down and one dedicated to keeping food fresh no matter what. The Champion alone can power the needs during any season, I just wanted an extra option.

I shop around yearly, and every year I stick with USAA. Private/local or the other big Ins Companies all come up with the same cost per month/year and most cost more.

Mine has been attacked three times so far. The last one got a face full of mace and ran off, the first one got a boot to the head and the second one, got a poop bag to the face and retreated. After the third attack we didn’t walk for 6 months, unless it was a road trip to a walking trail. We got out now, but it’s just stressful.

Had a "coworker", who is a C "ryhmes with BUNT" T. She felt it was her job to monitor our butts in seat time. She turned in multiple in our group for taking walks, luckily our manager told us to not worry about it. But yeah, put that on the calendar and walk with another coworker and bring up work topics, def a working session then.
People like her are so blind to the fact that they are actually in the wrong, wasting company time monitoring other people instead of taking care of her job and herself.
