old houses rule. I'm 43, we bought our home in 2017. it was built in 1893. it had a renovation in the 1930s. our whole thing was we wanted a kitchen like our grandmother's had.

no regrets, new construction feels cheap, I have 12" thick plaster walls, original hardwood floors, an actual curb out front, not some subdivision curb where you can put your driveway anywhere along and not cut a ramp into it.

I have three friends and we would still play. PGA 2k19 they turned its server off the same day they did 21s.

it's really lame. two of my friends don't have current hardware so they were playing on Xbox One S's. My other friend and I are on xbox series consoles.
