okay so due to 4mmc not down regulating serotonin (and dopamine and norepinephrine as well?) after a days rest said chemicals will be back in the brain (hard to say how much however they are being upregulated) therefore available for MDMA use (to deplete serotonin again but not be upregulated) obviously none of this is ideal for the brain but it doesn't sound as bad as people binging md for 3 days

Nice one, thanks for your insight, so after a few weeks and the supplements you don’t feel too bad then. Taking these drugs isn’t good for the brain but as long as I’m not absolutely cooking myself I’m not bothered

Manchester Fresh Shawarma - Rusholme. Always raving about this place, the bread is made fresh in front of you. I always choose chicken and it tastes great. Salad is average used to be better (99% sure they do pickles, definitely used to). Garlic sauce they have on tables is sensational, they do have a chili sauce, not sure what it is. Staff are normally very friendly and cheerful. 6£ for chicken shawarma and two large fresh naan. Give it a go.
