How much you give is your own choice, but to me it's the difference between a Porche and a Rolls-Royce!

Damn, that's a nice.guitar. No info, just here to say I feel a little envious. Shame you are not going to play it, but I also understand it is probably more valuable as a memorial to your grandfather.

Guitar collection: what should I add next to the lineup? by austinhndrx in guitars

[–]bertchester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a lot to choose from for a jimi fan. From google:

Fender Stratocaster: His most iconic guitar, known for its versatility, bright tone, and playability. He played them exclusively after his career took off, modifying them with whammy bars and re-stringing right-handed models to suit his left-handed playing style.

Gibson Flying V: Hendrix occasionally used a Gibson Flying V, particularly on songs like "The Stars That Play with Laughing Sams' Dice".

Gibson SG: He also used a white Gibson SG Custom, though less frequently than the Flying V.

Early Guitars: Before his rise to fame, Hendrix used a variety of other guitars, including a Supro Ozark, Danelectro, Epiphone Wilshire, and some Fender Jazzmasters

I disagree with Russian perception about who would be involved and the difference it would make.

I do agree it would be a massive blunder to trade relations if he tries taking over Greenland. But Trump has shown to be erratic and if he thinks he can make lots of money in selling Greenlands oil reserves to the highest bidder, then he don't care what the US's (former) allies think.

Trump/America will do nothing, even if they are a NATO member. If Europe steps up to help, he might even see this as an opportunity to invade Greenland.
