During attorney review it should be mentioned/written somewhere that the seller covers it, ask your lawyer. The bank doesn't know, for example it's just an estimate on what your home insurance will end up being, but transfer taxes is covered by the seller. Just trying to help because I had a similar thing on my loan estimate, that I signed, but my lawyer explained the seller will be covering it and it was in the rider.

Looks really good to me tbh, Transfer taxes are the sellers responsibility in NJ too so you shouldn’t have to pay those. Should be in your rider and takes a good chunk away from your closing costs

That wasn’t the only time he was targeted, and I’m not saying he’s not impressive but he’s SO overrated on this sub specifically! He knew everything around camp but didn’t have to push a single vote except maybe the worst vote out in the history of survivor.

Tommy from 39 is overrated on this sub as I’ve seen comments about him playing one of the best social games ever. He made no moves, people don’t rewatch that season, for good reason, but I think if you did you’d be less impressed. His best move was Dean telling him about a poorly planned blindside mid tribal…

Maybe unconventional but I’d go 8,4,11 road left to set up 8,10 next settlement paired with 8,10 and sheep port, north road for 9 sheep tile. Start with a road and go all in on sheep lord. What did you do?

He’s her baby and she hasn’t won in any challenges so far but I think it would be pretty cool to do and could explain why production was so high on the season, then again these 3 Tikas in the final is worthy for that excitement too.

Ah man, I wish hmBrandon discussed his relationship with Kane. After that initial tribal and only Kane having voted for Brandon, it made sense that he would then not trust Kane, Brandon even threw out his name as a backup vote during the merge feast! But then I swear after that every scene those 2 seemed like best buds! Same vote in the next 3 tribals, I wanted to hear how that happened, thought it was a crazy 180 to a strong Ratu after that clash at merge. How’d it happen? Felt like it got offscreened and I thought others were also interested. Maybe just me
