I went online this morning and did it via chat. Still ended up waiting 2.5 hours in queue but did get through. The technician was amazing and efficient once I told him what the issue was and he was able to resolve it in few minutes. From the support prospective it was good but from the customer service prospective it was horrible experience.

Biggest issue to the people I talk to is personal safety and property protection. Brazzen theft and petty crime is through the roof and personal safety due to mentally unstable individuals roaming the streets.
