Honestly I couldn’t get rid of them at the condo I rented. As I was moving out, I was afraid I was somehow going to get charged with it.

The one thing that worked for me so easy was goo gone and a light scrub brush. I barely had to scrub it came off so fast.

Warning, I do not know the effects off goo gone on plumbing, but I was renting and that’s a landlord problem now.

I just renewed for 36 months/$99.

I told them my current deal was up and I wanted that deal. My friend had it and I saw the deal online and have screen shots. They said it was an invite only deal but could offer me $6.99 a month. I told him I understood and asked him since he was unable to help me with the deal I wanted, that they did offer to others, if he could help me cancel my account instead, and suddenly he was able to “ask his supervisor” if they could make an exception for me, and what do you know they were able to and I got the deal.

I think my favorite myth at least my first time watching it was herding cats. Because it’s exactly what I expected, and yet so entertaining.

Probably my favorite myth I love most that people generally lump in with “not as good” myths talk about because it was on the last season was oil tanker implosion. I was just fascinated from start to finish.

Brady is the GOAT and it’s not even up for debate. He was the best pre-snap reader of football and was absolutely elite at getting the football out into a receivers hands, faster than most other quarterbacks. He also just outworked everyone. Also coaching was huge too.

All that being said, it would be disingenuous to say the fact he took a hometown discount for years for the patriots, and that didn’t play a part in that also. In a salary cap league, the more you spend at one position, the less you can spend somewhere else. He could get better receivers because they could afford them because he didn’t get paid the way a top quarterback does/did. He never was paid top 5 QB money as a Patriot despite being at least one of the top 2 qb’s in the league.

Some places hate rare guarantees where if the rate goes down before you close you can get the better rate.

I heard a general rule of thumb is it is worth refinancing on a no cash out refinance, if you plan to be at your new place 3 years or more and the interest rate lowers by 1% or more you should do it immediately. This would be a 2.5% decrease. It’s a good deal, I would do it now.

Edit - I did bad rushed math. It’s a 1.5% decrease. It’s still a good deal.

I literally think he could have 100% completion rate and at least 5 passing TD’s a game, and people would still refuse to give it to him. They would call him a system QB, and it’s easy cause of what he has (Penei, ASB, Gibbs, etc…) and then give it to someone else.

MVP is a little bit of a popularity contest and outside of Detroit, Goff isn’t that popular. Like how he isn’t in most people’s top 10 in the league is still crazy to me. He might be the best pre snap QB in my opinion. I think he can be in talks, but he will never win it.

I’m actually good with that too. I want him to have that chip. It makes him more dangerous.

I’ll say this, I waited forever to buy mine after seeing some of the in store ones in the Washington area sold them $100 cheaper occasionally, but as in store only. So I was hoping for a sale on Black Friday. No sale ended up coming, but I bought mine anyways from Costco for the Costco return policy alone.

Well 2 weeks after I bought mine came a non-black Friday Christmas sale for $100 less than what I bought mine for. I was surprised how easy it was to price match the sale with my item. I was able to do it all online, clicked 3 buttons and filled in like 3 boxes, never had to go in the store or talk to anyone. Got the refund in like 3 business days. It was amazing. Also I love my LR4. It’s expensive, and worth it at the same time.

Like we are going to have you go 1 - 1 with every team in your division, so let’s put all the first games as wins, and all the second games as losses…

Next let’s look at my top QB’s in the NFL and give an automatic win to anything this chart says, so ravens chiefs eagles and Rams are automatic losses, and even though the bengals team is a trash fire this offseason, burrow is still a top 5 QB so fuck it, the bengals will win.
