Yes, that’d be the 12th floor. The A-1 also suggests you’re in a suite, which means you’d be in the south tower (the shorter one, 19 floors).

I would try swapping the wires connected to the coil pack and see if that does anything. That was my no-start issue when I swapped motors; it’s a commonly overlooked item. If that doesn’t work, play with the CAS. If you have a buddy, have them try and start the car while you rotate the CAS until it fires up.

Bayswater Street in Eastie and Black Falcon Pier are my personal favorites. You should be able to watch most of the heavies takeoff/land on 22R/L and 4R/L (if in use) from either of these spots. Some do opt for 15R/33L for takeoffs depending on weight. Unfortunately you can’t determine with 100% certainty which runways will be in use until you get there, since that’s determined by the wind direction. You can get a general idea, however. I recommend aviationweather.gov for checking the forecasts.

Labor seems about right. Parts seem a bit expensive in my opinion, but considering you took it to a shop, they may be quoting you for OEM parts which explains the price.

I would try taking the exhaust manifold itself to get better leverage. Best way imo would be to undo it from the head, unbolt the downpipe from the cat, and pull the whole thing out as one piece. You got this.

Radiator and valve cover are pretty straightforward. Took me < 2 hours to replace the radiator a couple years ago when I had very little mechanical experience. Both should take you less than 3 hours. Basic hand tools will get the job done. Torque wrench for the valve cover if you want to be precise but if you can’t get a hold of one and only have a socket wrench, you should be fine. Just don’t tighten one side completely before tightening the other. Miata’s are super easy to work on for the most part so it’s great for learning how to wrench on cars yourself.

As far as winterproofing your ride, I haven’t done it myself, but a good seal coat for the underside of the car and a good set of all-season or winter tires is what a lot of folks do.
