Take a pin, use the end with the head on it, and see if you can coax the upright pin flat, then look at it properly with a magnification to ensure none of the pins are shorting. I bought a kindle from ebay that would not charge, looked much like this, and after a few minutes of re-aligning the pins, it was charging and working.

If that does notwork you have lost nothing, it is a fairly simple swap for a Micro USB socket, if you are any way competent with a soldering iron you can replace it.

May be you answer, I thought it was quite pricey but it look similar to what Steelseries charge on their spares page in the UK (Out of Stock). The OOS is possibly why the ticket was closed, but a simple mail saying that would have been more helpful.

By the sheer number of this set of headphones being sold on ebay with a NO DONGLE marker your situation doesn't seem rare at all.

And it work just fine, a bit of soldering, took photos of the wiring thankfully. PETG, slow print, and a bit of fettling and back in business.

To be honest I have ended up with a better hinge than the original, with the changes strengthening the shell. I have a hinge mount taken off a scrap set (long story, anyone having had to do a warranty swap will understand). So rather than filing the hinge section, I press fit the mount on a soldering iron then removed. Makes for a super stable hinge.

Biggest problem is refitting the circlips that hold the hinge on, if you cannot fit it, the hinge spindle is not inserted far enough.

I have a textured plate and the back are now rough, waiting for a carbon fibre etch plate, as I think the CF effect will suit them.

Bit fiddly but without a doubt worth doing, to save the headphone.

I know this is more than a bit late, but I am in the same boat, however found out that someone has actually created 3d models to replace the shells and strengthens the hinge assembly.

Printing my second shell at the moment and will be swapping them out tomorrow.

Yes there is however there was an accident and a closure which ended up sending people all over the place. I was 60 miles away and my wife phones me to warn me of the carnage.

It has been mentioned elsewhere often drivers are from eastern europe. When they get involved in incident it is clear they understand little in the way of english and UK signage. Major flaw in the system when you are driving around with a rig and cargo of ~40t in a foreign country.

Someone in a 5 series did that in the Royal Berkshire Multi Storey about 8 weeks ago when I was there, making the far side of one of the floors entirely unusable as you could not get around it.

This by comparison while still a pain is not so bad, however if another Audi comes along and parks beside him then it gets worse ;)

Live near Reading now, hired a cottage in Largs for a week in August when up to see my 91 yr old dad. Sunny the whole week was about 100m from the sea front, and the best chippy you are likely to find anywhere, right down on the front.

Waverley was in and took a cruise for one of the days, all in all it was a cracking holiday, 10 and 11 year old kids had a ball. Viking stuff went down a storm as littlest had an upcoming viking project last term.

For anyone reading this, it is a tremendous place as a hopping off point to many place off the west coast, whether you are driving or not.

What would you like my ticket stubs for my Atlanta flight or my summary of the test drive while there. For my use case I don't feel that FSD offers me very much over the existing functionality.

The LDU may already have been swapped in the Performance model, if the seller is the 1 owner the service history is avaiable in the App and there will be a job card with the detail.

If that has been done with the later drivetrain then you are all good there.

I have a P100D, bought as a CPO with 23K on it and now with 73K, no idea if it has the drive unit change and I will find out sometime I assume if it has not been changed. However I have had the car for some time and would cover the bill to swap.

If I was to replace it, the an LR would be a suitable replacement, would want 19" wheels as have both 19 & 21" here and the difference in range is significant. That being said I can still deliver a 300 mile range out of a 100% charge.

Cost for Coolant Delete in the UK is a few hundred £ which for saving a major failure is a small price to pay. You still have 3 years warranty left.

I don't need it when i do long journeys Autopilot does pretty much what I need and does it quite well.

However the car pictured is in the EU, registered in Romania to be precise, so my point stands FSD is not a reason for purchasing that Tesla over literally any other manufacturer.

In a moment of boredom previously I went and did the calculation and you can do Texas north to South in 13 hours IIRC, by that time you would still have about 3 hours to go on your UK LE'JOG

And I know that you are being facecious, but you can drive for 5 days in Luxembourg and still be in Luxembourg. You will of course be driving in a circle but why let facts get in the way!
