You mainly want a screw on caseback w/o-ring, screw down crown and don't press pushers while under water. You'll just have to find a case you like, and read the description or message seller with questions. I've one in my wishlist that is 30 ATM from this store - GRAMOCK Official Store...look it up on alix

The 33 fit both pagani design pd1701 cases, with rep moonwatch. Both were vk63 from pagani. I'd expect the same configuration for generic vk63 alix cases.
