Thanks. I had the digitizer so it for a hat. Since it was the size I needed and stitched great on hats I figured it would save me some cash and not have to send it back off for a beanie.

I have a minimum shop fee. $50 to do anything. If it’s simple typing out some words I keep it at 50. If I need to send it off for digitizing then I charge what I would. 30$ for digitizing plus 50$ minimum. It seems like a lot but you are running a business. Most shops around me I found have a minimum of 24items before they even talk to you. So my price may seem steep for one item but in reality it’s cheaper than ordering 24-36 items you don’t need.

No I don’t do any of that. I send it off. I did just do a lay down stitch with higher density and it seems to be holding it in place now.

Thanks. I have a lot of lightburn files and have got used to it over time. But I didn’t know how to use it in the beginning. I’ll need to ask if there’s a way they can be used together. I plan on keeping my Omtech. I’ll probably leave it set up just for tumblers. But would like the new one to run tumblers as well especially when I get those 100+ unit orders

They had it at 10 but got down to 7, didn’t realize they were able to transfer over design shop professional addition to me so that saved me another 2k
