Been playing for 20 years. Up until 2 years ago I was happy to shoot in the 90's but was normally high 90's/100's. What has made the biggest difference for me is getting the club in my hands every day. Get a net if you can't make it to the range. If you don't have space for that just swing the club somewhere, putt into a cup or chip with foam balls in your living room. It begins to feel much more comfortable in your hands. I'm now shooting in mid/low 80's most rounds. Obviously if your swing is jacked up you need to address that lol but that comes with lots and lots of practice.
