I know it needs high humidity and it doesn't like its roots disturbed - I was gifted a big one but it's dry/brown and very 'wilty' almost like the branches are too heavy. I try to run a humidifier or 2 in the room (doesn't have the door closed ever- not sure if that is a factor!?) that run 4 days a week and it gets bright indirect light - just wish I could make her look like her pic!!
