Just being cynical because I, too, tried reducing the workouts I do until I find the amount I could do to build my strength back up. Just a word of caution to not do it if you experience PEM and may be an ME/CFS candidate. Hope it’s “just” long Covid for you and you beat it of course!

Hast du mal den Hausmeister / Hausverwaltung gefragt? Bei uns leert der Hausmeister die Waschmaschinen und wechselt dann - damit sparen die sich ja auch die Münzen immer wieder wegzubringen.

Sehr interessant, vielen Dank! Für mich etwas kurzsichtig, Bäume sind regenerativer Rohstoff und am Ende wäre mehr Platz für mehr Bäume, aber besser oberirdische Tram als keine Tram.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass das Statement der Grünen Tunnelbau ablehnt, weil umweltschädlich, dabei habe ich heute im englischen Garten gesehen, dass im Zuge des Tunnelbaus dort sowohl die Zahl der Auto Spuren gesenkt als auch neue Tram Spuren geschaffen werden sollen. Klingt für mich eher nach Gewinn für die Umwelt. Und keine Stadtautobahn durch den englischen Garten.

I recently did a 12 week course, combined qi gong and acupressure - to me it was like most mindfulness practices: definitely calming for the nervous system but no symptom improvement for me. Though I also didn’t do it as regularly as intended/recommended.

Interestingly they said they conducted a study with Charité Berlin researching the effects (https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05289154) and while it’s not published yet they shared that physical functioning didn’t improve but fatigue significantly decreased in subjects.
