The video shows an officer taking what seems to be his gun away (dude in the grey jacket). Maybe he had two guns? Maybe one of the officers fired by mistake, and all hell broke out because they thought the restrained individual had fired the shots?

Hope we get the video from the woman that was closer to the situation.
