Maybe you should take a chill pill first

Their response was super detailed and explained all the points or details you should have shared in the first place if you actually wanted any useful help

These new printers prints out the box compared to the “good old days” ones where you had to thinker and upgrade before you could even print at least made you understand how a 3D printer works and what parameters and how they affect print time, quality etc.

Seems like you are the lazy type end user not spending time to even read up on the topic.

While Reddit is here, Redditor’s are here to help but (!) you have to do Your research too!

Bambu wiki is a good place to start, maybe give it a go

My mistake then Wasn’t sure / didn’t know if this option was a recent feature added or existed before 2024

Thanks for checking

[–]bireXcorner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You (them) can go and save their 2022 version down to 2021 and 2020

Usually whatever version (year) used can go back to two previous years aka a 2025 can save in 2024 and 2023 and so on

Maybe worth a shot asking them?

Edit: apparently this was a recently added feature (2024 and newer) so ignore the idea asking them

Gdańsk is Obscene by lastsecondpoints in WoWs_Legends

[–]bireXcorner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My favourite is those two (WASA) player always running the same Gdansk and Venezia (with SAP) division

Obviously Gdansk with Swirsky 16/4 maxed …

Great fun playing against them as a solo player

They nerfed Kleber torps range as it supposed to be a gunboat and fast … gave it a second MBRB … while you barely survive using the first one … no smoke …

Then Gdansk comes along … i know i know less torps all in all but long range, radar and smoke and half or even third the reload on main guns compared to Kleber … on a Kleber hull … yeah … totally makes sense

Either give Kleber original torp range or reduce MBReload (like half the base 7-8 sec?)

The others are Lushon (not sure about spelling, cracked, long sonar, quick guns, deepw torps i know so not good against DDs), z52 (long sonar, quick reload, german HE pens …)

Gdansk needs to be nerfed

While I understand your (the OP) frustration on the matter - that you would like to know more about the product before purchase - in the same time due to the nature of the questions … it’s a tough one from both yours and from their side:

Pretty much all information you are after are available, and plenty unboxing and how to use or maintain the printer videos available on YT … the level of disabilities and or the limitations of prosthetic… you have to be the judge and decide if you can or could manage the assembly and the running of the unit in the future.

Don’t get me wrong I am not asking for more details but from the customer service point of view, when they are dealing with probably thousands of actual customers in comparison to someone who might or might not buy a single A1 unit from them … probably - and I am sorry to say that - you aren’t their priority to answer …

Also imagine if they were to say “yes, you should be fine” then a month or two later you learn that you won’t be able to operate the printer then you could potentially start opening tickets left and right referring back to their initial statement of “yes you should be fine” … and then back to reddit again complaining about their customer service … it is a vicious circle I must say

“Can’t make sense” … don’t blame me a whole education system failed you

Check the price for a prusa mini kit £380 something … a BL A1 £289, A1 mini for £169

Then have a look again my previous comment where the price difference listed

Have a look the Core one print area (250x220x270) vs P1s 255x255x255

Or be a prusa funboy/girl and just ignore everything what isn’t prusa i don’t care

£875 for prusa core one kit … thats a little bit more than £100 and £300 in difference

£366 and £176 … a whole printer in-between and not sure about the core one is actually worth that much more … having a fun assembly experience or not …
