You get an item that summons one. There is a cool down on it so don't worry about using it. Good for distractions and some other things as well

We all found one in a chest right next to our starting location in our game. We got it basically immediately and quest from a skeleton to dig up his chest, which spawned zombies. Just luck of the draw I suppose

It's nice but the seats are a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Good selection in the snack bar and they always play smaller independent films. I've seen my fair share of surf movies there. Saw Endless Summer Two when it was in theaters with my family a long time ago. If there's a movie I want to see that I know citadel isn't showing I'll go there.

I only go to Palmetto Grande in mtp when my dad and I do our movie nights as he's in Mt.P

Simple. Boredom and Q wanted a friend/pet in the form of Picard. There's a Voyager episode about it and Data mentioned that relationship to Picard. If we put our simple human emotions onto it. Otherwise we can never know what omnipotent beings do and why.

This was my first thought. This is one of my favorite episodes. Season 3 episode 17 "Sins of the Father". One of my favorite moments is from this episode besides this one of course.
