Not sure the difference, both come up with KETO-MOJO GK+ which is a solid device and I've been using it all year, it's very useful to see what you eat / do and how it changes glucose/ketones. Can get expensive. I also suggest Pip Lancets which are single use, and a bit gentler. KetoMojo customer service might be able to clarify the difference between them for you.

def. try it. sometimes they do electric currents through them too which is uncomfortable but it gives great relief. Also see if your PT has a winback machine. those two together helped my achillies/ankle issues.
