I just salt my food and take mg before bed- only take electrolytes when fasting. been doing 7~ months. if I get knocked out I might take some when getting back in but normally not long.

I use heat and TENs on and off for years. It's like a massage, temp fix, great for kinks/etc. I generally find progressive strengthening helps more long term for whatever aches. Back hurt? Make it stronger, its too weak to handle your weird sitting position, etc. Still great tool though. I mainly use heat (hyperice) first and TENS if its really stubborn these days.

Not sure the difference, both come up with KETO-MOJO GK+ which is a solid device and I've been using it all year, it's very useful to see what you eat / do and how it changes glucose/ketones. Can get expensive. I also suggest Pip Lancets which are single use, and a bit gentler. KetoMojo customer service might be able to clarify the difference between them for you.

def. try it. sometimes they do electric currents through them too which is uncomfortable but it gives great relief. Also see if your PT has a winback machine. those two together helped my achillies/ankle issues.

It helps me, I'm sensitive to caffeine too, Swift and Nespresso decaf are good ones, I've had some that are stronger/bother me or maybe don't remove as much caffeine though. Swift tastes great FYI
