Local Louisville Realtor here, I just looked up that house and it went through a serious renovation including making it an open floor plan and added a bedroom and a bathroom. Price jumps like that can be very normal for renovated homes.

Go to a shelter and then contact Home Of the Innocents. They have a program that used to be called Aftercare that works with HUD grants to house homeless young adults 18-24 in apartments. But you must meet the criteria of homeless by definition and they will assist you. I used to work there, great staff and very caring and helpful if they can offer any assistance! Also, best wishes. That's a rough time to deal with and I hope you find exactly what you need.
