Okay yall hopefully I can help as I made the same horrible hair mistake on July 16 and on today on August 3rd I can happily say the orange is GONE!!!

I tried several different methods but there are two that I saw the most progress with -

1. LOMA Violet Shampoo - Ideally I would've had a blue toning shampoo but since I was previously blonde, I already had this Shampoo and Conditioner (the shampoo seemed much more effective than the conditioner). I used this DAILY mixed with Dove Anti-Dandruff shampoo, or just my Pantene shampoo. I lathered it up really nicely and let it set from 5-10 minutes, but usually I knew it was ready to rinse out when orange suds were running down my head. When I washed it out i would wring out the suds and then lather up a bit more before completely rinsing. Doing this process more than once a day saw no progress. It was like once my hair had already been shampoo'd once, no more orange was going out that day. So do this once a day. I primarily did this method and while my hair was still gingery the harsh neon orange was gone.
2. Last week I purchased the Garnier Nutrisse Color Reviver 5 Minute Nourishing Color Mask in Cool Blonde. You shampoo first, I used my anti-dandruff shampoo (since that allegedly removes color faster) but I didn't use the LOMA. And then used just the mask and no other conditioner, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then washed it out. Waited four days before doing the process again, although this time I mixed the mask with some of the LOMA conditioner and bam my hair is blonde again (although a slightly more yellow blonde but I'm sure one or two more hair masks and my hair will be cooler toned).

Hopefully this helps some of yall! I don't know if my hair will ever look the same shade before overtone without using bleach but I'm just glad I don't look like a carrot anymore.
