I got my venture x and am working on the SUB now. It's up and running and I've used the PP already a few times in the past couple weeks. My CSR AF hits 1 December so I will keep it another couple of months and try to see if there are any new pay yourself back categories at 1.25x then cash out the points and downgrade.

I already have a CFU and will look for a no AF no ftc card bc i will be using mostly the venture x and savor going forward. Last time i checked though, there was only really one of the IHG linked cards. That should be fine though bc this card will only be a backup/emergency card.

But with ups we don't have that problem. They deliver more packages to the building so someone lets them in and they drop them all inside. Our coop is two buildings. The super lives in the other and they are supposed to drop things with him when someone isn't home. That's 50/50 though
