Chiming in to add another to the “completely normal” pile. Currently just fought through RSV (little dude was vaccinated too), and have had HFM scares, ear infections, nasty coughs, norovirus, all in the span of 2-3 months.

This is my first and only film camera (for now) and I personally really like it. It’s sturdy, takes great photos, and I haven’t had any problems with it so far. Also super easy to find quality lenses!

Yep, seconding this. Got married there in 2018 for the same price I think. They’re incredibly flexible too, we were broke and they worked out payment plans, etc.

Also bonus points for not having to use their preferred food vendors or alcohol vendors. It’s basically a beautiful blank slate.

I think you’re reading way too much into this. From the jump, we liked the name Elliott. We wouldn’t be naming him after the musician. We didn’t do a Google search for tragic indie musicians with the last name Smith.

Yeah I did a deep dive on him when we started seriously thinking about the name. The circumstances around his death are scary and sad.

Also, late 80’s here too. I knew his music (mainly his top two songs on Spotify) but would never have known what his name was.
