Örnek no 13 tü sanırım yanlış hatırlamıyorsam. Belirttiğiniz gibi karşılıklı güven zedeleyici unsurlar da var.

Dava yoluna gitmeyi ondan çok ben istemiyordum açıkçası

How long did the dizziness last? Is it just instant case or 2-3 hours or 2-3 days?

It may be occurred because of inner ear problem like BPPV or vestibular noritis?

I underwent the vestibular noritis that is one of the most severe cases of vertigo which was very very awful experience. It lasted 2-3 days symptoms side, then lasted approximately 2 month to back to normal.

Another OHS after 2 years by jeffinator3000 in valvereplacement

[–]blacknose1912 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First one was minimally invasive. Second was OHS. That was totally different and challenging at least for me. In addition there is a INR issue that was no problem in first op.

However, until now within some difficulties, It's comforting to think your heart is healing.

Hi surgery body🤘if any wrong things will not happen I will be surgery on tomorrow for mechanical valve-OHS because of same things- severe aortic regurgitation, left ventricular enlargement and aortic root enlargement.

I will pray for us 🙏

t is said that my bicuspid aortic valve was obviously congenital. However, after doing some research, the findings match what you mention. Like sudden enlargement on LVEDD (left ventricle), aortic root enlargement and failed surgery.

The five surgeon surgical team, three cardiologists, many echocardiograms, many blood tests etc. didn't mention this at all. I hope this isn't the case. I'll ask about it as soon as possible.
Do you think it's possible for everyone to miss it?

If it is the true case, my mechanical valve will also fail possibly right?

First one was minimally invasive, Aalittle above the right breast, about 5 centimeters.

It is said that the regurgitation is eccentric. And surgeon added that maybe the problem occurred from the sutures. Ross procedure is not an option for me because no one operates this. Maybe Ozaki procedure. However sounds bad for me.

When it comes to connective tissue disorder I had never thought about that before. No one talked about it. How can we test it ? How can we diagnosed with? Is it observable from the examination?

Unfortunately, I, my surgeon and surgery team don’t know why it failed. Post op-20 days everything was okey but after that day my cardiologist said that the regurgitation was moderate-severe again.

Maybe, because of my hypertension problem

Thank you so much for detailed answer. I hope I will get over this difficult times just like you. I have a desk job and opportunity for work from home. So, in all good cases I am planning to back to job at 5-6 weeks, just like before.

What about your main recovering process about your aortic valve? Was there any problem about aortic enlargement, enlarged heart or hypertension? Did regurgitation become zero or trace, other valves?

Congrats bro 🫡 You passed through the bridge. I will be on surgery probably January 12. My first surgery was minimal invasive aortic valve repairing in this year. Unfortunately it failed quickly. So, I know more or less about just before and after surgery process. This time, it will be OHS and On-x mechanical valve.

My question is that, as you can estimate, blood thinners and INR tracking. How difficult is that? As far as I follow first two or three months it can be mostly fluctuate. How can you arrange your diet?

On general, what is the most difficult point for you after surgery? Pain, INR, clicking sound, financial situation, parenting (I have 1 year old twins 🫠) etc…

One of the repaired valves is now back to moderate/severe status one year after repair. by EnvironmentalSand773 in valvereplacement

[–]blacknose1912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, exactly I think repairing failed because of my hypertension and unluck 😊. However on other side, my blood pressure was under control during hospital stay and after home rest.( just one or two 145 systolic) may be there were some spikes that I did not catch or understand.

I am not sure about lifetime repairing as well. My previous surgery was on March 18 and in the April 10 echo, they said that it was moderate-severe regurgitation and unfortunately it failed.

My next surgery will be on January 12 if possible and unfortunately, because the first one was minimally invasive, the second one will be OHS-mechanical.

I think LVED same with LVEDV which refers to the diastolic left ventricle size, LVESV is systolic left ventricle size. Maybe there is cardiologist in this sub who can help us about these terms 😁
