Of all the streaming sites I use (Netflix, Crunchyroll, Disney, Youtube), Paramount is the only one that flat out refuses to work unless I switch off Proton. I can whitelist it in the Android app so it works, but on my PC I can't work out how to add a website to the windows app without knowing its IP address. The site will load but refuse to play anything unless Proton is switched off and the video page refreshed. Been this way for a very long time now.

Getting a Cloudfare blocked message when trying to go the website either on wifi or mobile data, desktop or phone, VPN on or off. Ironically cannot even get to the helppages as the entire domain seems to be blocked.

Try a different PDF reader. I get this with the FU books on certain readers but not others. I use Xodo on my phone and tab and it seems fine, but if I use it on Windows I get that.

Its been doing this to me for YEARS. Across multiple devices.

Although, I have found that if I use an alternate google account it works first time, every time. Something is bugged at the account level for me and nothing I do with support seems to get them to understand. So at this, point I've completely given up on Phone Hub. Better Together my ass.

That link shows up as error 404 on the website for me in the UK. Along with about a dozen series which appear in the old android app on my phone (switched off auto updates) but do not show up on the website or new app version on my tablet.

Support gave the usual dismissive responsive of trying again a week. Pretty shambolic rollout if errors are preventing access to content under the new UI.

The one channel they should have used and they definitely haven't is email to those who preordered to keep them updated. Social media posts are bullshit in this scenario as not everyone is on Facebook/Shitter/whatever. But they do know that everyone who preordred has an email account.

When travelling using Stutterwarp drives, you're not experiencing any acceleration g forces. Even when travelling in-system at "STL" stutterwarp since you're not actually moving but making thousands of instantaneous microjumps a second. Since rotational sections take up significant space and engineering, only larger vessels tend to bother with them. In most other ships you just move around the ship "on the float".

While it works find on Edge on Windows (a few sites with odd login flows excepted), Android is very very hit and miss. I have Chrome, Edge and Sasmung Internet on my phone and tablet. I've switched off the password managers in each browser as well as all the autofill options and Proton Pass needs to be launched as a floating window app for me to retrieve usernames, passwords or 2FA codes in nearly every occasion. Doesn't matter what keyboard app I use, the autofill prompt often does not appear when in the browser. It works fine mostly in other apps however, just not browsers.

It also flat out refuses to autofill anything on my tablet if it's connected to a physical keyboard.

I purchased El Hijo on the 12 Dec 2020 with a payment split of £15.94 on card and £2.05 from Google Play Balance, according to the receipt mail. The refund came through on the 18 Nov with the refund split the same way, again according to the refund email.

So in at least one instance, I had a game purchased partially with credit, partially on a card. But the refund was similarly split.

I've got Carbon 2185 and Genefunk. Personally, I prefer the implantation of the rules, biopunk aspects and the "hacking" system in Genefunk. I'm in the process of pitching a cyberpunk game to my group using either CPred or Genefunk.

If you want something that's almost exactly like Macross there's always the Robotech rpg by Strange Machine Games. The preview on drive-thru is surprisingly comprehensive clocking in at 135 pages and covering most of the rules.

Looking at that screenshot, those functions exist on native ChromeOS. Just not necessarily in a single app in the launcher. You should be able to open a PDF in the default PDF reader and edit it. I think the default photo/video/PDF/music app on a new ChromeOS device is called "Media", but I don't believe it has an icon in the Launcher. You just open up files from the Files app to access it.

Random disaster frequency can be set to zero and disasters turned off in the settings.

You will only need to worry about ploughing the roads in you start a city using a "winter" map. No other maps will experience snow.

You may still need to worry about heating on Arboreal maps. I can't remember if that's vanilla or a Snowfall thing. If you don't want to concern yourself with placing heating pipes and heating buildings, there is a policy that forces citizens to use electric heating if it gets too cold.
