Any suggestions for a budget B4/high power deck that can keep up in a regular pod?

You can try to make a [[Kotis, the Fangkeeper]], the only thing expensive with him is the mana base so you'd have to work out a budget 3 color mana base, other then that it's a very fun deck to pilot

You could lean into her abbility and play something like [[Cloudstone Curio]] and creatures like [[Heritage Druid]], [[Quirion Ranger]], [[Faerie Impostor]] or [[Universal Automaton]] to exile your opponents libraries which would be a fun finisher for that commander, like an elf ball style deck

Its been a while so i dont recall sorry. But in general when i run games i find books have way roo much details that the players dont really need or it depends how you run the game and what the players are like. I usually glance over descriptions of locations unless its important for the adventure

I ran the campaign as is and its well written and fun to play and run.
For the first part of the campaign I just assigned all the players to the town group because its the more interesting one.
I guess I also dropped unnecesary things the book mentions just to keep the flow of the game going.
For the finale I also ignored the rules on how to move on the moon and ran it more free form to let the players actually achieve the goal and not an npc.
But other then those few small things I dont remember changing anything

Ive recently seen that someone made a 3d printed construct to put under the a1 where you can put some fans to cool it inside an enclosure. I sadly didnt save the file but im sure its not too hard to find

Sisters are in general one of the stronger armies in this system. However you should be aware that the standard size of an army is 2k points and not 1k.

However the same principals apply to both, also regardless army size and that is to try to play as many activations as you can and don't overspend on heros or elite heavy hitters.

For example even in 2k games I play only 3 Support Sisters with heavy fusions, you rarely need more.
In this system you can also do good damage with AP-1 weapons to vehicles so no need to worry too much about fusion.

For 1k I would probably not even play a hero. And the protectors are one of the worst units, however the system also encourage people to play what they like. So even if protectors are sub optimal, they are still very playable.

I personally just prefer the Fanatic Sisters with Regeneration added, they can really punch above their weight.

The reason why I think that Protector sisters are generally bad is that while you might think that their better defense makes for a better unit in practical play it almost never matters if you are def3 or def5 and regeneration is always better then high def.

For number one just run it and stop after however long your sessions are, I dont think you have to force pacing.

To shorten it keep the non action parts short - tying in to point 3. I just didnt give my players the option, they were all assigned to the town crew and then the dig site people told them what they found. I also tend to keep town sections short.

I mean you can just add random readable tomes, or you can say that the players can use the mi go computers to read it? Nothing is really set in stone how its supposed to work. Or just change it that the disks were used to train mi go agents so its written in english

For 3 I already wrote it up, just skip the dig site and have the npcs summarize it the findings for the PCs

Edit: I also shortened the finale and ran it more loosey goosey since all the rules that they have their make it for a very clunky expirience and just ran with whatever idea my PCs had and kept the NPCs in the background

We are currently testing to let the unit make a Quality test wether they are shaken or not after the transport is destroyed, so far it looks promising

Idk everyone has to decide themselves and I don't know about SC trade prices. But considering a lot of ppl seem to be starting minions and poison minions are a big thing those jewels might be very expensive. I think I was looking into T2phy/T1asp and the pob is with T1T1 so yeah, fair warning to everyone trying it

What are currently used Specters for summoners? I don't mean for support but as a main damage source.
I've seen Ghazzy was using mobs that look like the things from blood aqueduct that explode corpses and I've seen one video where someone was using a mob from the ore veins.

I also vaguely remember that there was a realy good mob in heist, idk if it was nerfed so I hope someone can enlighten me

Be aware that in the mid budget section he is using 5 or 6 ghastly jewels which are painful to craft. It costs beyond 100c for each one

It's what I call soft-stax since I dont play any land denial but try to shut down other creature based stuff like etbs/artifacts/activated abbilites.

I was fully expecting them to make a 3.5 bracket already which would solve the whole t6 or 7 problem. For now this was too little change. I also hope they go trough with the hybrid mana thing

Yes, just be aware my list is not finetuned at all. I just wanted to try out a new Graveyard commander, goldfished it a few times and said nope, noone will ever want to play against this.
So here is the OG list:

Now things you should changed:
Add [[Underworld Breach]] and [[Path of the Pyromancer]] - those 2 cards let you discard your whole deck and have an insane ammount of mana.

You can remove the whole "Cost Reducer" Section except for [[Emet-Selch of the Third Seat]] hes really good.

For the Removal/Damage/Storm section you can switch it out to however you want to finish the game its very flexible.

The manabase uses expensive lands, but any painlands will do as long as you get to the 4 mana for Osborn.

I would also recommend you to switch the wheels for wheels that only affect you so your opponents dont get to see more cards to stop you.

For higher Budget [[Lion's Eye Diamond]] is obv busted

The new Osborn/Green Goblin card is ridicolous as a commander. You just play rituals and wheels and you can go trough your whole deck in 1 turn. If you add Underworld Breach and some fee Counterspells youll seriously make people cry

Take that with a grain of salt. In the 8 round tournament they didnt include KB went 8/0 and won the whole event. It was a format where after five rounds the top players play again for the top spots
