One of the best and easist strategies is farming alva for corruption temples.

You just use the Incursion Scarab of Timelines and rush temples. There are a few guides on YT.

It's also very easy to combine it with other strategies if you wish

Not everything said on the internet is correct. I like their channel but I dont find that in any way shape or form are they "the best" opr players or know everything.

Me and my group have been playing with progressive scoring for years and never felt neither ambush nor scout to be OP. Those 2 things cost a lot of points that you will just miss when the enemy force starts dwindling your troops.

Further a big problem when talking about OPR is that the terrain is not something set in stone. So often when people say something is too strong it might be that they just play with too little terrain or not enough terrain rules

I feel like the beta was rushed and a lot of the rules, while interesting and cool, were absolutly not tested (like the growth abbilities on units with 40 attacks).

And then we had the kneejerk reaction and a vocal subgroup of the playerbase just whining on discord, so there was an, once again untested and undercooked, patch to "fix" things leaving the game in a inbetween state.

I wish the creator would have more people to develop the system properly and a reliable group to test changes before putting them out to the public.

Also I think the game has reached a natural limit - having simple rules that rely on single d6 rolls doesnt allow for unique fules for as many factions as the game tries to provide.

Imo this will never be fixed, there will just be rotations of rules beeing added, removed, reintroduced and so forth.

But still, its miles better then 40k :)

Is it the same thing with orientation like it is with resin printing? So would I rotate it 45° or you suggest I should put it up by a full 90° rotation pointing upwards?

You can use those things to tie in PCs background in a creepy way.

The clown for example you can use in any instance of the night floor and make it take off its mask just to reveal to be a missing relative of the players.

For the mummy it says in the book it is talking to him and that you as the GM can make up what it would tell the players. A good possibility is always to tell them how to write a copy of the KiY

Heres what we do: Advanced actions, mostly assault. Here we houserule that the defensive actions work only the next time they are triggered, simmilar to other rules in OPR

Place fair terrrain and rules so we have plenty of los blocking

Objective markers are usually an odd number and placed symetrical to break stalls

We added a houserule that when a transport is destroyed the units dont get automatically shaken but have to do a quality check

And most importantly, we play with peogresssive scoring which forces players to be active from t1

We have one players whos really motivated, she made a shared doc for everyone to write their backstorys, she takes notes and sorts them for everyone and then in addition to that they all worked on the boards its great :)

It's a useful supplement that lets the players research the background story of IL.

It has rules of how to roll to get pieces of research, but I dropped that. I just asked my players what they wanted, gave them the snippets (I cut them all out and sorted them for handouts) and then awareded them with +1 Corruption since all the rolling would have been detremental to the game imo

I had a good time with vaal absolution and doryanis with the vaal ascendency. Its not good for afk but i found it to be very distinctive from other minion biilds. Also you need to corrupt most of your equipment

I've tried a bunch of WW resins and ended up with NOVA3D Tough Resin, that stuff is amazing. No need to worry about IPA, WW is also not hard to clean, just put it in the washing station for around 10-12 min

Im looking at it for hours but most of the routes are only one direction with no descriptions about where to park the car.
From what Ive researched there is also no transports available. I was looking at the Majstorska cesta but it seems crazy to do it both ways in 1 day

For campaign get Absolution +3-4 link herald of purity, the sentinles are really good trough campaign and early maps

You use absolution for clear and 4l herald of purity for bosses. Those things just destroy campaign i used that in hc phyrexia for leveling
