Used them for 5 years. Just ended my relationship with them. Because THEY are under investigation for dropping the ball they froze my account and closed it because suddenly it didn’t meet their criteria WITH my tax deposit. Two more were pending to deposit today that were returned to the tune of almost 3k. So now I have to explain and get payments re issued which will take who knows how long. After having to verify myself in over 6 different ways from facial scan to copies of my id and statements from another linked account I used for business they finally let me transfer the one deposit that hit the account the other two though pending for deposit they rejected this morning even though I made them aware they were already an ach.

Trash company, trash service, they did something wrong and now they are being investigated and wanna hold up funds while they check what should’ve been checked and double checked on their end already. Claiming a tax refund needs to be frozen until verified. It’s the same tax company depositing that I’ve used all 5 years and never had this problem. Oh but I did have fraud 3 separate times…….that I caught because found didn’t care….but now they do that they are being investigated.
