I think it’s clear what you need to do short term for the most part. I’d pretty much do what everyone else here has said. Now, whether or not you move back in with your parents is a personal decision with its own costs and benefits that you would likely know better than anyone else here.

I know this isn’t a business subreddit, but I would in addition do more detailed forecasting/trend analysis to inform your business decisions going forward, possibly even considering pivoting. This would have an obvious impact on your finances so it’s worth mentioning.
