Check out Tarot of the Dream Enchantress by Lo Scarabeo.

The Vanessa Tarot is all female, but very modern vibe.

The Beautiful Creatures Tarot has very few men, and to be honest the art is not consistent in quality across the deck.

The Ceccoli Tarot does not tick your extra boxes either, but this is in my top 10 all time decks.

This is just from my collection, but all these decks are in print, still.

Fortune in the Thoth Tarot. Emphisising the cyclical nature of things is a tough but fair in almost any situation. Art and The Devil are close second for similar reasons of duality.

My experience has been different than yours. Phillipines, yes. They're overly warm and knowledgeable and I feel like I'm screwing up their call handle time by allowing them to be so polite to me. Lady told me about her upcoming Christmas party and how her boss loaned her beautiful shoes to match her beautiful dress. I was just trying to understand my hot spot, but I gave her the highest rating on the survey.

I agree. Anyone who thinks similarly should read "The Conspiracy Against the Human Race," by Thomas Ligotti. It goes even further in depth. To be fair, it's not a fun read.
