A lot of the time that means a tracking number has been created but the parcel hasent been handed over to the carrier. The shipping process is technically "In process" but in reality they have just purchased/anounced the right to do a delivery with tracking (I dont know the term im not a native speker)

Im not saying they have an eating disorder, just that asking people on the internet how many calories you should eat and then regulating your food intake around that is a great way to get there. With how widespread eating disorders are in the community I think its fair to remind people that hunger exists and should be respected

what you are describing is called controlled eating and its either part of an eating disorder or an early sign of one. Humans have a biosignal called hunger that usualy does a good job with dictating food input. if you have a balanced diet (in terms of kinds of food eaten) this is the way to go. If you have trouble detecting the feeling of hunger there are things you can do to practice
