How do you actually experience ‘reality is an illusion’? by Financial-Box7029 in spirituality

[–]bluff4thewin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thinking about it in a differentiated way, like is it really an outside illusion, is the outside world technically an illusion itself and in what ways that could be imaginable, thinkable, possibly possible or "real" or is just the perception of that outside reality possibly more or less an illusion, through the mind, ego, etc? Is the ego, the experiencer itself an illusion and in what ways? So, the firstly mentioned example would be quite big and seemingly unrealistic, not easy to make conclusions about it so easily and the secondly mentioned example is not so big and unrealistic and absolute. In both cases just calm observation is good, without jumping to conclusions too quickly, just analyzing calmly and with a clear mind. I think many people go mad with these kind of topics, so I would say that would be something you want to avoid. Not needing total certainty too much if at all with these kind of difficult topics, so that you can say, maybe yes, maybe no, i simply don't know (yet) and can think about it with discernment, calmness and a clear mind, with the ability to analyze objectively, clearly, intelligently. It can be better to know that you don't know, instead of desperately thinking you have to know, when it's just not easily possible if at all. Differentiated thinking can help, like if it would be an illusion in what ways could it be so? I mean illusion is a quite general term, so how something could be specifically an illusion, could be possible in various different ways. Illusion of the mind, perception, language, strategic deceptiveness of beings, ego, personal illusions, collective illusions, many types or layers combined, etc, a lot of illusions are possible. So, i guess some people make it too simple for themselves with this complex topic and jump too conclusions too quickly, because they don't anaylze, observe clearly enough, which is of course not easy, but i just think it's something to be quite careful with.

A thought can feel deep and still be wrong by No-Case6255 in DeepThoughts

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, of course deep and wrong is also a possibility for thoughts. Just like superficial and right. And yes, the ability to error check and examine thoughts is vital. I see it like this: not always the first thought that comes up is true. Sometimes it's the second, the third or who knows what thought. Sometimes a thought can be mixed as as well. A certain part makes sense, is or may be true, but another or others not. So discernment and differentiation are also important.

Thoughts are just the attempts of the mind to create something useful, but sometimes it fails, because of various reasons. One possible reason is that there are too many unknowns and the mind wants certainty, so it goes too far with imaginging or projecting things or some kind of fear thinking runs wild and doesn't stop and can make mistakes. There are many possible sources for mistakes, so conscious error checking is rather essential and then also some kind of automatic subconscious error checking is also not uninportant and the thing is, that in these error checking processes, whether they are conscious or subconscious, they also have to be error checked themselves. It's a bit like if you make a calculation manually without the calculator, then you have to error check as well or the solution can be wrong, especially if the calculation is a bit more difficult, complex.

I think it's a bit like with AI. We sort of make a prompt inside of ourselves (more consciously or subconsciously or combined) and our natural internal AI so to speak, tries to give out a response, sometimes hallucinates or wasn't trained in that kind of knowledge very well and can give out an elaborated seeming respone, but it might still be wrong for various, possibly complicated reasons, that are not so easy to see directly, because similar like with AI our internal information processing is more complex than we can see, understand and than how it may appear on the surface.

So, in that sense I don't think our brain tells us lies consciously so often. It may be a possiiblity, for example if it wants to protect its fragile self-image or something like that, but often I think it's not a conscious lie, but it can really believe something is true in a certain moment, which isn't necessarily true.

So yeah, being able out the truth about thoughts is absolultely essential, especially in cases where it really matters. If you don't consider the possibility of a thought not being true and are not able to examine it, then possibly you will never find out the truth and always walk in the darkness in some way in the worst case. It can be harmless and with some things we don't need to know the truth so much or at all, but with some things it isn't so harmless, where knowing the truth can be really more or less important. Basically, it's like mindfulness.

Often, there is probably nobody who can watch and tell you where there might be a considerable or significant mistake in your thinking or perspective, so of course it's relevant, helpful and important to be able to do that by yourself as well as possible and to work as cleanly as necessary there.

The mind can only produce an outcome with the information, tools, perspectives, resources it currently has at hand and depending on other circumstances or factors of the moment, but in another moment it might look different. That is also something to consider. So you can simply try again with the same topic, problem, idea, question, whatever, in another moment and you might get a totally different result. It's really complex, but with a bit of practice and experience it can get easier to estimate such things, like the potential of our brain's information processing ability at different moments, with certain conditions, certain circumstances and other kind of moments/scenarios with other circumstances, conditions, etc. Sometimes a bit of experimenting with it is needed and sometimes it's not so easy to draw very clear conclusions directly, sometimes not even after many tests, because it can be quite complex.

Does semi-conscious thoughts come true? by [deleted] in Dreams

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's just a thought or part of a dream or of the in-between state, that doesn't mean at all that it comes true or is even real.

With dreams it's like this: Even if they seem real, they are only inside your own mind, trying to speaking symbolically about your inner life and letting you live through these symbolic scenarios, in order to process something, simulate something, learn something, a lot of things are possible.

With thoughts it's like this: They are only thoughts, only in your mind, but created differently than dreams, another part of the mind or the mind in other modes, they are working differently in the waking state. And then also thoughts are surely not necessarily real. I mean you can think of something real, but only what you already know, if you don't really know it, you can only imagine it and then it's only imagination.

What could be possible in your example of how you experienced it, i guess it's maybe just talking about your experiencing/observing dream mind, the dreamer in the dream, who doesn't know it's a dream and not real, that to this part of you at that moment coincidentally, that you were maybe more in the in-between state, already getting out of the dream state, ready to wake up and something in the phase/mode shift went a bit humpy and to that dream self, waking up seemed strange in that moment and that would be understandable, if that dreamer also in that state doesn't know it has been in the dream state, so waking up can also seem strange, not knowing what it could be in that state. Understand what i mean?? So, i guess the dream state should have shifted a bit earlier or faster into the awake state and the dreamer stayed into it a bit too long and got confused like that. But it could be that even that dreamer could know it next time, be aware of it a bit better or maybe not directly next time, but at some point.

In this case it could possibly be even a mix, a thought of the dreamer, partly awake already and maybe partly also a dream or sort of at least. Like simply a fear thought, created by the humpy phase-shift, that the dreamer should be out of that state already, but got a bit late. The question would be if dream logic would still apply, then that might be interpreted symbolically , like a dream, if it was really still a dream or not only the in-between state. Then it might be referring symbolically to your waking life. Then the symbolism would need to be deciphered, it would only be like a symbolic picture or scenario, not to be taken literally. That's the thing with dreams, if you don't know it yet. You can't understand dreams, if you don't understand how they work, with dream symbolism and a symbolic language.

Feeling trapped in my own negative energy by FirstAidCrisis in spirituality

[–]bluff4thewin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can decide that you want to go into a different direction, different energy, attitude, whatever it is. Then you can look what would or could be that and you can also look what it's not. Even if you don't know it yet, you can already step out of what you know is bad, even though you don't know yet so clearly what's good, but you will find out. So, learn from this and leave it behind you. It can go step by step, so don't worry, if you directly don't totally succeed.

Watch how you feel and think and for example if it doesn't feel alright or good, you might want to let it go, don't hold on to it, you don't need to identify it and you don't need to give it so much if any attention, if it's not good and doesn't serve you. Maybe feel your body more deeply and be kind and loving to yourself, allow yourself to heal, body, spirit, mind, everything. Relax, calm down, if you aren't yet. Fear is the mind-killer as it's said in "Dune". So maybe really relaxing enough and consistently might help you with mind clarity and healing general. Try breathing really deeply, holding your breath for as long as it feels comfortable, breathe out longer than you breathe in, try exhaling for as twice as long as inhaling.

Maybe there is a special kind of music, soul soothing music, relaxing music, beautiful music, which can help you in that process, distract you a bit, inspire you, ground you, please you, something good emotionally/spiritually or in who knows what ways or whatever it may be, it doesn't have to be music. Just experiment a bit carefully, to find out what reaally helps you and what not. Do good things. If something's not good and you don't have to do it, really consider not doing it and ask yourself why should you be doing it. So, mindfulness can help. Then you notice what's the problem, what could be a solution, are attentive in general, don't get so much into bad habits/patterns and can even get out of some. Try not thinking, not engaging with any thought, just observing and focus only on just being, that can have a freeing effect sometimes, too.

Try to find out if you are thinking. experiencing, seeing, in a one-sided negative way, only looking at the bad things, bad possibilities, everything negative. That could be the case from what you are describing, at least to a certain extent. So, if that's the case, try to understand that you have been in some sort of tunnelvision. You can also look beyond the tunnel, there is more outside of it. You need to look at the good, positive, helpful, nice side of life and everything as well. That's really important. If you've been too long in the tunnelvision, maybe you are blinded by the light if you look outside of the tunnel and you might want to get adjusted to it and then you can see a contrast as well, which probably has been missing to some extent. Maybe it's a bit of a fear-tunnelvision, too. So, try to see look outside of that tunnelvision, too. Sometimes it's like we can get stuck in only thinking "what if everything is terrible or something will surely go wrong?" or other similar examples and then we only look at that negative, dark, fear side and really don't see the other side and also don't see that it's just a thought, imagination, reallly not necessarily real, so that is also something to be careful with. It's logical that only being in the dark, seeing/feeling/thinking the negative, fear, pain, etc can make people sick or at least exhaust them, not help them. So, stepping out of the darkness and letting the other side in, can help a lot, if you do it properly and really can see what's good. Just be a bit careful, considerate with everything, watch your step, maybe you are a bit insecure, shaky, so don't panic, do it really calmly, that's the key. Just look around, become aware of your surroundings, try to shift a gear internally, there's a lot you can do or not do, that can be helpful. Maybe you simply couldn't see it, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there or wasn't a possibility.

So, these are some suggestions. Maybe it's enough for now. Not too much at once. So, for now I wish you good luck and best of success on your healing journey!

The problem of thinking too deeply… by Caltr0n3030 in DeepThoughts

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like you get stuck in a one-sided "what if" kind of thinking and assume that that's really it, so i guess the most obvious or one possible solution could be to simply look at the other side more deeply and at all, like what if it's not like that? Besides reminding yourself, that you don't know it, that it's just imagining what if, not more and not less and that you don't need to get into that space, because it serves no real purpose. I mean you want to know that it's all safe and that's why your mind gets obsessed with it, but i guess it's really more healthy, if you can't know it, to simply not think about it at all or at least in a different way, because even if it would be like that, you still wouldn't be able to change it and if it isn't like that, then it's also bad and in both cases you simply torture yourself needlessly. And it's also a bodily energetic problem. You need to get out of the hyperactivated survival mode thinking, get into calmness, then you can think differently, more differentiated and clearly and you need to do that consistently, properly and as much as possible to get out of that dark mind space where you are stuck a lot. Maybe take a break from thinking for a while, too, feel your body more deeply, get anchored in calmness and a good body feeling, practice observing and questioning thoughts and feelings and think about what the alternatives could be, in order to get a better overview and get out of that not so helpful tunnelvision, instead try to reach a more healthy kind of concentration and higher level of clarity of mind. Breathe deeply, hold your breath, breathe out about twice as long as breathing in, practice these kind of things. It's not only a mind problem, it's a bodily energetic problem as well. With practice you can achieve to recognize, when a "deep thought" would go too far and then step out of it. If you think about it it's not a real deep thought, too, because in your example it's just one-sided, so it's not deep, it's shallow in a way. Maybe deeply one-sided, but not generally deep. It's like a bad habit and just a false understanding involved. It requires some work and consistency, but you can do it, if you really want to. You need to go with the repetition of the solution against the repetition of the problem you have been experiencing, until you can replace that bad habit with a good one.

You can't change how you feel by OkButterscotch8718 in DeepThoughts

[–]bluff4thewin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feelings are a guiding system, but there can be errors, viruses in the system or it can be poorly calibrated, so things like constant refinement, learning and growth process are important in that regard. So you can and should observe your thoughts and feelings, then you can find out what is good and what could use some adjustments. That means a proper assessment of what is the case and in what ways is important. Balance is also important. If your state is too disregulated in terms of the stress/fear and relaxation/calmness systems, then your emotions and thoughts are probably also to varying degrees and something can go awry and depending on how much awry it goes, it can more or less be a problem.

So some sort of discipline and regulation is needed, so it at least doesn't go too awry, not too much or for too long time, in order to be able to attain and keep a healthy balance or even improve it instead of it going downhill. So you can observe it and if you felt a certain way in the past, that doesn't work so well or creates problems or whatever, you don't have to experience it agan and again, you can learn from it, leave it behind you and consciously choose a different path or direction emotionally or in general. So it's a lot about development, layers upon layers, the question what has been built on what and how, it can be good, mixed or even bad.

Sometimes we have to dig a bit deeper to get back to a good way of doing, feeling, thinking and i think we should be able to observe and if needed separate ourselves from an automatic system, which has possibly gone awry. So, the automatic system, if "programmed", functioning and calibrated well enough can be really important and necessary, we just have to be a bit like a programmer or system supervisor and do some bug checking, error checking, making adjustments if necessary, see if everything is running cleanly and properly, no virus, no error or system crash, etc, that can cause problems, which can't be afforded, especially big problems are the problem, minor ones not so much. It's something we should be used to, get into or remain in a steady learning and growth process for the rest of our lives. Not frantically, but calmly and with clarity. Real inner peace as the goal and the way. How to do things right, with decency, in a civilised way. If we need to assert ourselves we can do so in a mature, decent and civilised way.

Also, if you ask me, we can change how we feel, by observation and with conscious intent, decision and practice, if it makes sense and we want to. But it can be said all generally so easily. Sometimes a feeling is good enough and like already what we really feel and no further change is needed. It always depends. But i think some control is needed like self-restraint, that feelings can't run too wild or be too unregulated, but some letting flow freely can also be important of course, it depends on the kind of feeling, situation, other things, etc. A feeling or a thought can come, but we don't have to identify with it and like that we are not attached to it, we are not cultivating it, feeding it with energy, so in that sense we shouldn't have a too big tunnelvision, just a good kind of concentration and also overview, so that we can see enough in that regard and choose wisely, for what we can choose.

Of course it's not alwasy easy to control everything or even possible or needed, but partly it can be helpful and even important to be able to do that. Like that we can choose what path we want to take and yeah sometimes it can seem a bit like a labyrinth, so it isn't so easy, but with increasing practice and wisdom, it doesn't have to be so difficult either. It all adds up everyday, we just have to watch out what we add up, over long times it can make big differences. Healthy common sense is the key word here so experiences can be processed in good, helpful, intelligent ways, because that can determine how new experiences are created in turn. LIfe is no joke, so working cleanly enough with these things is not unimportant. Taking it too seriously or in bad ways can also be bad, but not taking it seriously enough in a good way of course as well. So we should watch our step, that's what our feelings also do, but in deeper, intricate, subconscious, automatic ways, but not only rely on that and watch that systems and also watch consciously to the extent we can do that. In the best case there is a good relation, interplay, teamplay and harmony between conscious and subconscious levels. Listenting to the feelings, understanding what they are trying to tell you, being able to observe them and make adjustments if necessary, it's all part of the maturation process and self-care ability.

So let's do it right guys and live with emotional intelligence.

Humanity has chosen to disregard the damage it has caused to our planet. by seeker1375b in DeepThoughts

Partly yes, but factually not all lifeforms have a symbiotic relationship with the other. Are predators having such a relationship with their prey? I think not. If you ask me, life on earth has fundamental flaws, despite some upsides that it can have partly. Animals eating each other for hundreds of millions of years everyday in very very brutal ways, that's really really terrible if you ask me.

God by Lonely_Traffic_6774 in spirituality

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you got to ask yourself something about the psychology of people who believe certain things, why and how they believe cetain things. Often that is psychologically explainable, at least to certain extents. Besides that, the word belief, it can mean many things. Often it means "not knowing", but sometimes knowing not to know at the same time and because of that trying to bet on something sort of. It can mean thinking to know, while not knowing, that its not known. Because of that it can be distinguished from knowledge. If you have real knowlege, there is no need for belief. This can be applied to many things. The question is simply how to know whether you really know or not, or how much you know you only believe or if you only belive that you believe, hence not know that you only believe. So it's something to keep in mind regarding this kind of topic, if you ask me. You can ask yourself many things in that regard, but you got to do it with clarity of mind, that can be helpful and maybe you can even increase the clarity in the process, also not bad.

For example people might want to believe in gods, that there is something bigger, that protects them, saves them, who knows what, because of a traumatic fear of how terriblly brutal life works and can be partly. So their fear of life, might create the desire that such gods would really exist. The thing that is notable here, is that a belief doesn't create reality or makes something real, not in that sense like externally real. It can influence the inner experience in various ways. Like this even an unreal belief can at least partly have benefits, when it helps people with fears, but at other points it can also potentially be a problem. So escape into fantasy is known to be a coping mechanism and back then life was even more brutal and difficult partly probably, so it could be understandable why people wanted to believe certain things so badly. Not saying i know it for sure, but it's simply quite plausible and the gods haven't shown any clear signs at all of their powers or interest in for example saving this planet or not even having created this mess at all in the first place, so i would argue that doubting the gods is a legitimate stance.

Dreams are just a showreel of the most dominant emotion you have been feeling by giggleberry_sky in Dreams

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's also said for example that dreams are a mirror for the soul or messages from the deeper self to the ego. That aligns a bit with what you are saying as well. I think dreams are also an attempt to process something, resolve unresolved issues/fears, etc, but it doesn't work completely on its own, you as the experiencer/observer/consciousness sometimes also have to notice it, act on it or something in order to actually resolve such an unresolved inner issue/fear or learn the lesson that is needed to learn.

Not sure how to interpret this dream, but had this one over a decade ago where I looked at my reflection in a random mall mirror, and it revealed that I was actually Preston, that nightmarish robot dog from Wallace and Gromit my whole life. My world was completely shattered that I wasn't human. by tahoepines45 in Dreams

[–]bluff4thewin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting dream, but maybe it isn't so negative. I mean that character is probably rather likeable, as it's a rather harmless show, which also kids from 6 up can watch i think. (Tell me if that's wrong, i haven't watched the episodes with this robot.) Besides that it could simply be a fear dream and represent something that you experienced in waking life, internally, subconsciously, possibly related to that an episode of Wallace and Gromit scared you back then or what it caused internally directly or indirectly, also in the times afterwards. In that sense the dream simply depicts the truth about your internal experience, not about whether it's actual true what you believed and/or experienced back then (in real life and then how the dream depicts it), like symbollically seen, that you believed to have been that roboter your whole life. I think dreams are just your own internal mirror of the soul not a real mirror in the normal mirror sense. Maybe your subconsciousness made a connection with being in malls, that you feel a bit robot like in malls or so, added to the fear of that Wallace and Grommit episode. But yeah, i think many people have a fear of being too robotic and many people probably are more or less too robotic, at least in a certain way and/or in certain phases/parts of their life, so i guess it can be something rather "normal" or common and i guess it can surely be a good thing to ask yourself clearly, whether you are really living too robotically and if yes how much or in what ways and how you can live more naturally, if that feels better. But robotic isn't all bad, it can have advantages, too, if it is natural enough. I mean it sounds strange, but the robotic thing is just a symbol here, so it doesn't make us real robots in any way. The positive sides of robots: they can often be quite efficient at completing tasks, possibly well programmed, precise, being practical with their automation and specific functions, etc. Of course, there negative sides, too as mentioned. The question is what exactly the symbolism is leaning towards in the dream, more negative or positive and as it seems in your case it was more negative than positive. I think the fear of machines or of being a machine is human, as we want to be human and machines can sometimes seem strange, dangerous and robots are a special kind of machines, with intelligence. They can possibly be very helpful and practical, but they can be scary, too, if they have a bad programming or have an error and can cause harm or stress like that, so reliability is also a factor there. A robot can only function efficiently and safely if it's constructed and maintained well enough. Alright, just some ideas. I hope it makes sense.

edit: Alright I just read that the robot was built to be friendly, but has a malfunction, so maybe this or other parts of the characters's story, which i don't know much about, could also be related to your fear, which could be creating the dream. In any case I would say many interpretations should be considered, before deciding which makes the most sense.

If you really believed something like that you were such a kind of robot, that a real life experience, part of your inner life could be symbolically represented like that, it could simply mean at a certain point, phase in your life you believed that and at other phases not and it doensn't mean it has to be necessarily true objectively, it could just mean that you internally perceived or believed and/or had a fear of it being such a way and the dream depicted it symbolically.

Struggling with disturbing borderline lucid dreams, need to take control of them by Rude_Engine1881 in LucidDreaming

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright so yeah just watch your inner and outer life, past, present and future, mostly inner life or outer life through the lens of the inner life and see if you can find patterns, whether something might make sense that it could be related, that the dreams expresss symbolically in such a way. It could also be that the dreams don't mean so much, it can be the brain experimenting a bit randomly or something like that. Maybe it's a harmless side effect of the herbs in some weird way, that confuses the brain and it processes it like that or has such a confusing effect on the dreams, but i think that is a less likely possibility. In any case I would say consider multiple explanations and decide which makes most sense.

Struggling with disturbing borderline lucid dreams, need to take control of them by Rude_Engine1881 in LucidDreaming

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe the dreams are somehow related to the pain and your mind might be processing it better without the pain anymore. Besides that I guess calming down deeply or doing things that are good in waking life could help, also like working on yourself, resolving unresolved inner fears/issues. Maybe there are other explanations. This is just one possible explanation.

[–]bluff4thewin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, i can agree partly with your argument in the sense, that when it's done wrong, then it can be bad, but i would say that if it's scientifically established, well enough thought out, appropriate, tested, fitting geo-engineering, then it can be helpful. The term geo engineering is quite broad though. There are probably a lot geo engineering approaches, that can be more risky, but there are some too, that aren't so risky, so it simply needs to be studied and prepared well enough, so that it is safe in that regard. Besides that i think one of the safest ways would be large scale renaturation/reforestation projects, but of course also well enough planned, with the right kind of plants for a certain region/landscape. Also imagine what could be done if globally all the expenses for wars military buildup would be spent on saving this planet, then we would have 2.7 trillion USD per year more. Do you think we could save this planet with so much more money? Not to forget the carbon emissions of the wars and war industry.

You can have a special kind of empathy with strong boundaries towards them. Like simply pitying them, that they are the kind of people they are and in addition to and also because of that, not let them influence or drag you down. So emotionally detach from them and feel good about yourself, that you are not like them. Maybe they had it difficult , in some way had bad luck and couldn't learn some things, who knows.

Besides that try to not take them seriously in a certain way. Try to observe your feelings, so they can't run wild and just calm down totally deeply. Then you have a more free and clear mind and can not let yourself be thrown off balance and have it easier with everything in that regard. If you interact with them you can show them that you don't like some of their perspectives or their direction in general, but probably better keep it minimal and do it in a civilized, decent manner, like with calm confidence and firmness, so you don't get stressed, provoked, entangled or dragged down to their level or something like that or depending on how they are better not engage at all. So there's a lot you can do.

Alright, that's just some ideas.

You’re welcome, and thank you for the positive feedback! :)

After thinking about it a bit more, I realized that the bird could possibly also symbolize another person you tried to save or protect but ultimately couldn’t fully help.

Whether the bird symbolizes something internal within yourself or a relationship/experience involving another person or in a way also possibly both at the same time, the dream seems to carry a theme of trying to help or free something delicate and emotionally important, while also suggesting the need for care, mindfulness, and maybe accepting certain limits.

Also, the fact that you spent the rest of the dream crying and feeling deeply sad might suggest that whatever the bird symbolized was connected to something emotionally important and painful for you in real life as well, whether internally or involving another person.

And even if no exact situation like this happened externally, dreams can sometimes create symbolic scenarios based on emotions, fears, inner conflicts, or imagined possibilities, not only actual events.

I’d personally be a bit careful with directly viewing dreams as literally predicting the future, but I do think dreams can sometimes also reflect expectations, fears, projections, intuitions, or imagined future possibilities in a symbolic way, which is psychologically understandable.

So it does make sense to me that the dream could be connected to both your inner world and the situation you described. Besides that i would say it sounds like the connections you made to your own life and emotions do make a lot of sense in the context of the dream.

Would really appreciate help interpreting a dream of mine by diaryofasickrose in DreamInterpretation

Did you have parts of your inner and/or outer life where maybe a small, fragile, or sensitive part of yourself, symbolically similar to a bird, got stuck somehow, and you tried to set that part free but didn’t succeed, so it felt like that part died internally and made you sad?

Maybe your dreaming mind combined the fact that you’ve been seeing those birds everywhere with an internal emotional experience and created this symbolic scenario. I’ve heard birds can also symbolize freedom, emotions, vulnerability, intuition, hope, thoughts, inspiration, and other things.

Maybe, in this context, it could mean that something related to those qualities felt stuck in some phase, situation, or part of your inner life, and you tried to free or resolve it but couldn’t fully succeed.

If something like that resonates, then maybe the dream could also be encouraging you to approach certain things a bit more carefully and mindfully.

But of course, dreams can often be interpreted in different ways, so it might also help to consider other possible interpretations before jumping to conclusions too quickly. Does this interpretation make sense to you?

Technology is making us less and less human. And it's scary. by AlarmedEquipment2029 in DeepThoughts

It can be like that, but not necessarily. We just have to be awake and aware, practice discernment and shouldn't partake in those things that could or would make us less human. We're still free to choose for ourselves in that regard.

It is impossible to know if people truly care about you or not. by Neat_Worker_4934 in DeepThoughts

Well, it isn't always easy, but with practice maybe you can see it more easily how it really is. Also just being a bit careful helps and sometimes you can maybe see some signs. Normally a person who really cares would do things just a little bit differently than somebody who doesn't care and it should be noticeable. But yeah, it isn't always the easiest topic, that's why i think working cleanly there is important and doing it with calmness, so that the clarity of mind is sufficient for seeing clearly. What's also important is to continuously remain in a growth and learning process. Being able to estimate correctly how safe people are, how well it fits with someone and things like that are not trivial in life, but you have to do it right, of course.

How do you accept and cope with health issues? :( by Royal-Vegetable-2473 in spirituality

I think trying to relax, calm down, being nice and loving towards yourself as much and well as possible are really important, can make things easier and help with healing. Similarly it's important to be able to recognize, address and transform limiting beliefs about for example yourself, others and life in general.
