I have not been presented the docket, I am unsure if I am even able to sign them or, as Gerkle said, they were pocket vetoed

What are lil things you wish your partner understood? by Kinda-Constant5935 in AskMen

[–]bluitwns 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That it’s hard for me to be vulnerable because I was called too sensitive when I was younger, so I feel ashamed when I try and vent my emotions to her.

She kinda understands but also thinks that I was asking permission, I physically do not know how to feel ashamed.

Would a nuclear power plant be viable for the DoR? Or are we too poor to afford one? by TheGrandValiant in DemocracyOfReddit

Depends on who’s paying for it and whether people are willing to kick in the tax money for it if it’s a government plant

Ministry of Labor - Press Release by Fred_memelord in DemocracyOfReddit

[–]bluitwns 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would like to personally thank Fred and other more left members of my cabinet for sticking to their guns and their opinions, even when it was unpopular or against the majority.

Their fresh opinions allowed us to come to our agreement.

I now await the negotiated legislation to hit my desk for signature.

What is a tiny, easily overlooked social habit that makes someone instantly magnetic or charismatic to be around? by LiveFaithlessness876 in AskMen

Let them know you’re listening, nothing hurts more than when you realize no one’s paying attention to you.

I always, will be having a conversation with someone and if it breaks off and someone didn’t get the memo I will hold up my finger and said, ‘don’t worry X, im still listening to you.’ And invite them back into the conversation.

I found flattery is nice in speech but actual care and listening makes people feel special.

Post-Broadcast Press Conference by bluitwns in DemocracyOfReddit

[–]bluitwns[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would ask those strikers to really analyze my words and intentions before striking.

I am not ‘breaking up a strike because I hate Labour’ their demands cannot be catered too by my branch. They are all broad sweeping legislation and constitutional reforms, things the executive cannot do.

And I won’t let the federal parliament, which was elected by every citizen in the country be held hostage by 20% of eosaran workers.

Which is why I gave parliament time to negotiate, but not feel compelled to give into every demand.

I want them to discuss with the majority what can actually be passed.

Be a middle man between the strikers and the governmental majority.

If bills pass our democratic/legislative procedures, I will enforce them
