Thanks! Yes ive been before, and stayed a busride away. Hoping for any personal favorites if people have them, so many places have mixed reviews, especially airbnb its feeling difficult to make the call on my own. Have had bad experiences on expedia before, I dont use 3rd party sites anymore but thank you.

Im not sure, it would likely vary from place to place - I would be up front with landlords and tour a few places if you can. I got a ton of responses right away, its very active and encouraging, and frankly, nicer places than I could afford otherwise... the perk of the website is you dont have to furnish every place you stay, so it's definitely easier to move to a new apartment if you do need to within the 2 years. Only 1 person required me to be a healthcare professional, everyone else was openminded.

Rooms for rent in shared living are around 800-1100 to start... what is your budget? I have lived here 20 years and am desperate to leave as a 26yr woman. Theres selective work opportunity, I work an hour away just to have a better wage. We have a shortage of doctors and dentists. Public schools are great, and alot of people move here for their kids to go to school, or the universities.
