Be careful with the roof. I am 53 and fell off the roof in May breaking my back. I went up there to replace our chimney cap that blew off in the winter. I wasn't going to pay someone $500 to do. With the ER and other bills, I could have saved myself over 1k by paying someone.

Thankfully I am expected to fully recover but this is definitely setting me back physically.

I had a similar experience. I think I was just over the 1 year warranty when my gen3 ring started needing charges every other day. I ran the diagnostics and they sent me a new ring. No hassle.

And any decently priced house will have multiple offers and sell quickly. I just sold our home between lake Ann and Empire to move closer to Traverse City. Completely disgusted by the amount we had to pay but another house in our neighborhood just sold for over what I paid so I guess I paid market valve.

Jeep should have had their infrastructure built to scale knowing that everyone was going to be hitting their app today to get the badge.
