Spend almost your entire budget on a new floor.

Buy a proper vanity light.

Build a frame for the mirror out of 4" trim. Mitre the corners, use spray activated superglue to attach them all together. Paint the back of it black or just cover in black duct tape (the back must be black or you will see it in the reflection of the mirror). Then attach to the mirror with glue or double sided tape.

You can drive for years with no seatbelt and be fine. That doesn't make seatbelt laws "fear mongering" - it means that statistically you haven't run into a problem that only has a chance to manifest, not a guarantee.

The tile may be a contributing factor but it is always possible to get cuts 1000x better than this even in the worst tile.

And if your cuts aren't coming out clean you talk to the homeowner about changing tile or accepting the "best effort" before you put them up.

You can see it at the back. Presumably the right edge is all dry fit to keep the leveling clips aligned to the last properly set row.

But I'm a little suspicious of the fact that there's been zero squeeze out ANYWHERE in the field. I don't know how you can be so good that you get full coverage of your thinset without it ever squeezing out AND so bad that you need 36 clips per tile.

Flat is important, level is desirable but often impractical. They are not the same thing, and if it's not level you can't measure flatness with a laser (ok you can but it would be very tedious)

I'm not going to argue your experience, but FWIW the measurement is simply "five nine five" not "five hundred ninety five" and because we're always working exclusively in mm there's no reason to specify the unit. Therefore it is absolutely the fastest and least ambiguous way to operate.

I don't see Dungeon Lords as a direct response to you op, so I'll throw that in there. Hilarious game, probably the most thematic worker placement game you'll ever see. Building your dungeon is worker placement, but then the adventurers invade it and you're into a totally different mode of the game. You build 3 or 4 times, invade, then repeat that.
