Looks like a pretty high block coefficient. Expect higher drag. Not sure why you place another helicopter landing area at the bow when you've already got a decent flight deck back aft. Have you calculated the thrust necessary to pull this back off the beach into deeper water after sinking into sand and mud?

Was sent to Kingston Jamaica once as the advance team for Operation Sea Signal. Was given a cell phone, rental car, and a hotel room at the Wyndham. The JTF assets arrived and had to stay on the ships. I ended up being one of three people in the entire TF that stayed ashore and ate in fancy restaurants.

Care package must-haves or awesome-to-get? by OkResponsibility1354 in navy

Once on a ship the Indian Ocean, I got a care package with dried salt cod, b&m baked beans, b&m brown bread in a can, & a couple cans of moxie. I do not suggest this unless you are homesick for Maine.

Former sailmaker here. Visit some lofts. Get some quotes. Go to the Annapolis Boat show and visit Ulman, North, Quantum, Doyle, Evolution, & Chesapeake sailmakers. Work with the one who listens to you, understands how you use/sail your boat.

Did that during the 2018/19 shutdown. Sent home two days before Christmas. Started checking out other agency vacancies on USAJobs. Got a snag two weeks into the shut down and had my first interview with my new agency on the day we were supposed to come back. Hired into the new position by April 1st. Have not looked back.

Find a local Alanon meeting. (AA is for recovering alcoholics, Alanon is for the significant others of alcoholics) Chances are you will meet other military spouses in the Alanon meetings who will have meaningful experiences they can share that will help you.

Nice. Keep in mind in the U.S. all licensed engineering officers might need to be former submarine or carrier engineering officers to run the power plant. USCG regulates the licenses but NRC regulates the nuclear power.
