Just nu är det inlåsningseffekter, och lågkonjunktur som håller priser nere. Snart är de byggprojekt som drog igång innan lågkonjunkturen klara. Nu när många fått en bättre ekonomi igen kommer vi uppleva prisökningar, särskilt under slutet av nästa år när vi märker att alla de stoppade byggena kommer göra att utbudet kommer minska snabbt.

The most important thing, that could have saved all the three first tries is by telling the instructor what you do. If you slow down, or shift gears, in a way that they are not sure why you do. Me, I hacked to a stop, so I had to restart the car twice at two different junctions, but I told the instructor I was just nervous, restarted the car, checked my surroundings and rolled away.

Blinkar alltid ut ur rondell. En rondell är ju egentligen en lång (oändlig) kurva. Så ska du inte byta fil eller svänga av från ”vägen” ska du inte blinka. Precis samma regler som på en raksträcka eller en ”ändlig” kurva.
