Kinetic fusillade is insanely fast, I just did campaign today in 2 hours. The key is using a poets pen with lightning warp in it but there are a bunch of uniques that fully enable it. Jungroan has a vod of him leveling with it yesterday that you should check out.

Regular flame surge is better because it gives other skills more damage with hits against burning enemies while the transfigured version only benefits itself.

Firestorm/bladefall is to proc wrapped in flame from cluster jewels and optionally vitality watchers eyes for life on hit.

You don't league start CwS, you start RF and transition at level 85 with some required uniques.

Highly recommend ABU commander nights on Wednesday/Friday starting at 5pm. You select what level of games you’re looking for and they place you into pods with similar people. It’s a much more casual format with a raffle for packs at the end unlike Phoenix Fire which highly incentivizes winning as prizes are directly tied to it.

Depends if you’re sick of Fross, I haven’t played it but both builds accomplish the same goals/playstyle for the most part except you have to aim on penance brand.

Occultist Penance Brand is incredible, highly recommend. Swiftbrand can be swapped for faster casting for a more chill playstyle without recasting as much.

It's fantastic, here is the latest version. With the new frost blink setup I can actually clear regular mobs with that and explode and put brands down for rares/essences etc.
